• ELEMENTAL TRI SERIES OLSZTYN

  ROUTE

  During the Elemental Tri Series Olsztyn participants can choose one of three distances: olimpic distance (1.5 km swimming, 40 km cycling and 10 km running), sprint distance (0.75 km swimming, 20 km cycling and 5 km running) and super sprint distance (0.4 km swimming, 10 km cycling and 2.5 km running).

  Swimming – at the distances of: 1,5 km (2 laps of 0.75 km), 0.75 km (1 lap of 0.75 km) and 0.4 km (1 lap of 0.4 km).

  Expected water temperature in May in the Ukiel Lake will range 17^oC. The lake is 6 meters deep. Starting from the beach. Wetsuits allowed.

  Cycling – at the distances of: 40 km (4 laps of 10 km), 20 km (2 laps of 10 km) and 10 km (1 lap od 10 km). The route is slightly undulating. Distances measured with GPS. A mandatory helmet for the entire cycling route. All traffic will be suspended during the race. Drafting is not allowed at the olimpic distance. At the olympic distance TT bicycles and triathlon handlebar are allowed, and it is forbidden on the sprint and supersprint distance.

  Run – at the distances: 10 km (4 laps of 2.5 km), 5 km (2 laps of 2.5 km) and 2,5 km (1 lap of 2.5 km). Measurements of the track taken by GPS.

  The accompanying event Elemental Tri Series Olsztyn are running competitions for the youngest: Elemetal Kids over distances: 200 m, 500 m and 1000 m and running race 10K Run Series (a distance of 10 km).

  LIMITS

  The time limit for completing the competition is:

  • olimpic distance – 4 hours
  • sprint distance – 2 hours
  • super sprint distance – 1 hour
  • 10K Run Series – 1 hour 30 minutes

  Maximum number of participants:

  • olimpic distance – 400 participants
  • sprint distance – 300 participants
  • super sprint distance – 100 participants
  • 10K Run Series – 500 participants

  REGISTRATION OFFICE

  The registration office will be situated near the finish line (Centrum Rekreacyjno-Sportowym Ukiel in Olsztyn, Kapitańska Street) and will be open:

  • 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Saturday,
  • 7:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. on Sunday,
  • 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. on Sunday,

  At the registration office, all participants are obliged to present their ID card with a photograph and a signed competitor’s sheet along with a statement declaring their volition of participation that can be downloaded after logging in to your account in our enrolment system at www.startlist.pl under ‚MY PROFILE’.

  Minors are required to submit a signed consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Elemental Tri Series 2020, 10K Run Series or Elemental Kids.

  Information for relay captain.

  The player’s card is taken by the captain of the relay race and names the names and names of other team members on it. Before your surname and name you should put the numbers according to the order of the triathlon competition (who in which competition starts). The statement about the absence of contraindications to the start must be signed by all competitors of the relay (three signatures on one card).

  Enrolment for Elemetal Tri Series 2020 has already started. We ask all interested participants to fill in the registration form, which will be equivalent to creating a participant’s account. If you already have an account at www.startlist.pl, all you need to do is log in, click ‘Enroll in the competition’ and follow the instructions. An account at the website allows to compare results, follow statistics and generate a certificate of completion after every event. If there is any trouble with the registration process please contact our email biuro@startlist.pl.

  ROUTE

  During the Elemental Tri Series Białystok participants can choose one of three distances: olimpic distance (1.5 km swimming, 40 km cycling and 10 km running), sprint distance (0.75 km swimming, 20 km cycling and 5 km running) and super sprint distance (0.4 km swimming, 10 km cycling and 2.5 km running).

  Swimming – at the distances of: 1,5 km (2 laps of 0.75 km), 0.75 km (1 lap of 0.75 km) and 0.4 km (1 lap of 0.4 km).

  Expected water temperature will range 20^oC. The lake is 6 meters deep. Starting from the beach. Wetsuits allowed.

  Cycling – at the distances of: 40 km (2 laps of 20 km), 20 km (1 lap of 20 km) and 10 km (1 lap od 10 km). The route is slightly undulating. Distances measured with GPS. A mandatory helmet for the entire cycling route. All traffic will be suspended during the race. Drafting is not allowed at the olimpic ditcance. At the olympic distance TT bicycles and triathlon handlebar are allowed, and it is forbidden on the sprint and supersprint distance.

  Run – at the distances: 10 km (4 laps of 2.5 km), 5 km (2 laps of 2.5 km) and 2,5 km (1 lap of 2.5 km). Measurements of the track taken by GPS.

  The accompanying events Elemental Tri Series Białystok are running competitions for the youngest Elemetal Kids over distances: 200 m, 500 m and 1000 m and running race 10K Run Series (distance of 10 km).

  LIMITS

  The time limit for completing the competition is:

  • olimpic distance – 4 hours
  • sprint distance – 2 hours
  • super sprint distance – 1 hour

  Maximum number of participants:

Elemental Tri Series

ABOUT THE COMPETITION

Elemental Tri Series is a sport competition for the leading Polish athletes wishing to receive points in the Triathlon Polish Cup at the sprint distance. It is also a competition for age-groupers at the Olympic distance without drafting and at the super-sprint distance for young triathlon entrants. There will be a few accompanying events including the running races for adults and the running races for children.

Adults can take part in a ten-kilometre race – 10K Run Series on the routes approved by the Polish Athletic Association (in Polish: PZLA). During the Elemental Kids races the youngest participants will have a chance to choose between three distances: 200 m (1-7 years old), 500 m (8-11 years old) or 1000 m.

• ELEMENTAL TRI SERIES OLSZTYN

  ROUTE

  During the Elemental Tri Series Grodzisk Mazowiecki participants can choose one of three distances: olimpic distance (1.5 km swimming, 40 km cycling and 10 km running), sprint distance (0.75 km swimming, 20 km cycling and 5 km running) and super sprint distance (0.4 km swimming, 10 km cycling and 2.5 km running).

  Swimming – at the distances of: 1,5 km (2 laps of 0.75 km), 0.75 km (1 lap of 0.75 km) and 0.4 km (1 lap of 0.4 km).

  Expected water temperature in May in the Stawy Walczewskiego will range 18-22^oC. Wetsuits allowed.

  Cycling – at the distances of: 40 km (2 laps of 20 km), 20 km (1 lap of 20 km) and 10 km (1 lap od 10 km). Flat route. Distances measured with GPS. A mandatory helmet for the entire cycling route. All traffic will be suspended during the race. Drafting is not allowed at the olimpic distance. At the olympic distance TT bicycles and triathlon handlebar are allowed, and it is forbidden on the sprint and supersprint distance.

If you already have an account at www.startlist.pl, all you need to do is log in, click ‘Enroll in the competition’ and follow the instructions. An account at the website allows to compare results, follow statistics and generate a certificate of completion after every event.   Enrolment for Elemetal Tri Series 2020 has already started. We ask all interested participants to fill in the registration form, which will be equivalent to creating a participant’s account. If you already have an account at www.startlist.pl, all you need to do is log in, click ‘Enroll in the competition’ and follow the instructions. An account at the website allows to compare results, follow statistics and generate a certificate of completion after every event. If there is any trouble with the registration process please contact our email biuro@startlist.pl.

  Registration step by step:

  1. Click the link redirecting to the registration form or, if you already have an account www.startlist.pl, log in.
  2. Fill in the form and click the ‚next’ button.
  3. Choose the events you want to participate in and tick the boxes where you agree to the terms and conditions as well as the processing of your data.
  4. After choosing your events, click the ‘enroll’ button.
  5. Once you’ve done that, your name will show on the list of participants and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
  6. Pay the fee through the PayLane system or use a regular money transfer within 7 days from enrolling in the given event.
  7. Your start number will be generated automatically after your payment has been processed.

• ELEMENTAL TRI SERIES BIAŁYSTOK – OLYMPIC HOPES – 16.08.2020

  ROUTE

  During the Olympic Hopes in Białystok participants can choose: sprint distance (0.75 km swimming, 20 km cycling and 5 km running) and super sprint distance (0.4 km swimming, 10 km cycling and 2.5 km running).

  The Olympic Hopes tournament will take place over two distances: a sprint of 16-17 years and 18-19 years and a supersprint 14-15 years.

  Swimming – at the distances of: 0.75 km (1 lap of 0.75 km) and 0.4 km (1 lap of 0.4 km).

  Expected water temperature will range 20^oC. The lake is 6 meters deep. Starting from the beach. Wetsuits allowed.

  Cycling – at the distances of: 20 km (1 lap of 20 km) and 10 km (1 lap od 10 km). The route is slightly undulating. Distances measured with GPS. A mandatory helmet for the entire cycling route. All traffic will be suspended during the race. At the sprint and supersprint distance TT bicycles and triathlon handlebar are forbidden.

  Run – at the distances: 5 km (2 laps of 2.5 km) and 2,5 km (1 lap of 2.5 km). Measurements of the track taken by GPS.

  LIMITS

  The time limit for completing the competition is:

  • sprint distance – 2 hours
  • super sprint distance – 1 hour

  REGISTRATION OFFICE

  The registration office will be situated near the finish line (reservoir Dojlidy) and will be open:

  • 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 15^th2020 (for triathletes, paratriathlon, 10K Run Series, Elemental Kids)

  At the registration office, all participants are obliged to present their ID card with a photograph and a signed competitor’s sheet along with a statement declaring their volition of participation that can be downloaded after logging in to your account in our enrolment system at www.startlist.pl under ‚MY PROFILE’.

  Minors are required to submit a signed consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Elemental Tri Series 2020 or Elemental Kids.

  Information for relay captain.

  The player’s card is taken by the captain of the relay race and names the names and names of other team members on it. Before your surname and name you should put the numbers according to the order of the triathlon competition (who in which competition starts). The statement about the absence of contraindications to the start must be signed by all competitors of the relay (three signatures on one card).
